Rockwood Music Hall was filled with warmth and magic all thanks to the talented folk duo The Sea The Sea. Chuck e. Costa and Mira Stanley have been making music for quite some time and are currently on tour with a full band sharing music from their new EP In The Altogether, which officially releases February 26th.
Taking the stage with big smiles they opened the night with the beautiful “Love We Are We Love” which showcases their delicate harmonies. Throughout the set, Mira and Chuck played hot potato with their vast array of instruments, swapping with each other and adding lush layers to each song with ease. They even left the stage and join the talented Devon Sproule (who opened for them) in a lovely round of acoustic numbers while encircled by the smiling crowd. The Sea The Sea are truly a delightful experience for the ears — I can’t wait to listen to the new EP!
