Brooklyn-based future-soul group, Star The Moonlight, has just released “Good Fight”: an optimistic opus that explores themes of depression and renewal. The release comes with a new video directed by renown music video veteran Julia Barrett-Mitchell–known for her work with Tiny Hazard, Moon Hooch, Rubblebucket and Alexander F. The music seeks to express the deep loneliness and desire to connect with others experienced by many who struggle with depression. Barrett-Mitchell sheds light on this story through the journey of an astronaut (played by bandleader Max Zooi) who escapes reality by blasting off into space only to crash back down on earth to discover his true self.
